Scope:
Manage program activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and facilitate weekly team meetings, set agenda, document and disseminate minutes and action items
  • Lead group in defining the overall program governance, Mission and Vision
  • Ensure the creation & management of long-term goals are documented and monitored at the program level charter
    • Compile the vision/mission of the three streams to the program level and ensure it supports the strategic direction of the organization and monitor progress
    • Develop change management strategy
  • Manage bi-weekly report out processes and update the program level objective tracker
  • Provide status updates to EVP and Chief Legal and Administrative Officer for the BOD, SLT, and OCEO meetings.
  • Coordinate program level communications with Corporate Communications
    • Ensure the contents of the ORESU overview deck are updated appropriately
    • Ensure ORESU website is developed and launched in partnership with Corp Comm & IT; manage its upkeep
    • Ensure CWO highlights are regularly published and manage applicable Blue Line page
  • Manage and track the ORESU budget with coordination with Finance
  • Manage stakeholder feedback via the ORESU mailbox and ensure messages/questions from employees are sent to the appropriate stream lead and responded to in a timely manner
  • Manage the organization of the folder/files and user access levels of the ORESU BOX site.
  • Serve as an ORESU representative to divisions as they launch their councils and seek guidance or support
  • Ensure team members are aware of employee & community events and encourage ORESU representation at various events
  • Manage the ever-evolving governance, program direction/communication of team members contribution to ORESU objectives

Direct Reports:
No direct reports, but will have responsibility to direct project work through collaboration with others

Education:

  • Bachelor s Degree in a related field (Social Work, HR, Law, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice) required
  • Master s Degree preferred

Skills and
Experience:

  • 5
    years of successful program/project management leadership experience
  • Diversity and Inclusion initiative implementation experience
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Communication experience across multiple levels
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple functions
  • Facilitation and Presentation skills
  • Business Acumen

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
