ONE70 GROUP is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience and field management experience.
DUTIES:
Communication with project stakeholders.
Manage field crews
Tracking day to day material usage
Receipt of materials
Discussing any issues that arise and brainstorm ideas of how to rectify in a cost effective manner.
Update project management software with daily reports
Update and maintain an up to date log of all documents on our web based server.
Follow specific project docs and drawings to implement professional service ideas.

REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years project superintendent experience.
Ability to read and understand drawings.
Ability to understand project specification documents.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Team player that can operate independently as required.
Ability to multitask.
Energetic, self-starter, highly motivated.
