The Food and Beverage Service Manager will be working with the Food and Beverage Director in creating 100% guest satisfaction by providing employees with the training and resources they need to maximize employee engagement and deliver Yes I Can! service and teamwork.
The Guest Services Manager will also focus on customer satisfaction & loyalty goals, annual quality review, achievement of employee satisfaction and retention goals for department. The position requires strong management and people skills as well as experience in quality service standards.
Responsibilities include; employee staffing and scheduling, service training, customer relations, and overseeing the smooth flow of banquet and outlet operations.
3 to 5 years of food & beverage service management requested. Evening and weekend availability required. Basic computer knowledge necessary.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
