Day-to-Day
Responsibilities:
Strong ability to manage change and multiple priorities is required to deal with mixture of daily needs and project activities
Evaluate, review and provide analysis regarding space and move credits
Compile, track, and report metrics relevant to space management and utilization, including, but not exclusive to asset and personnel churn, office and lab utilization, move costs, utilizing tools such as CAFM, Tab Ware, PeopleSoft, Service Now and Clarify databases.
Support the development and reporting of corporate real estate and space planning metrics
Functional operations and maintenance support of Space Planning daily operations
Create and track purchase orders for the department
Manage customer work requests for space planning through Service Now system
Manage rule-based data maintenance reports to ensure data quality by following business rules
Review and maintain process documentation
Work closely with the Computer Aided Facility Management consultant
Participate in industry surveys as directed
Required Skills:
Advanced level of computer application skills; i.e. MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
Experience with project teams and an understanding of process flows within projects

Education: Bachelors degree
Required
Experience:
2 - 7 years of experience working in business environment
Strong program / project management skills
Project and vendor management skills
Collaboration and influencing skills /consensus-driven environment
Change management skills
Business acumen
Good technical skills and the ability to use a Computer (Microsoft Office Tools) are required
Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
Must demonstrate sound professional judgment and decision making capabilities at all times
This role requires the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
This role requires the willingness to work extra hours

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
