Scope of the position:
Team Leader, IT Risk Services (ITRS) is a leader role handling a wide range of areas of responsibility including IT risk assessment, data privacy, risk services operations, IT policy implementation, audit, governance and compliance. This role requires in-depth understanding of the risk impact of using technologies in both manufacturing and corporate environments as it requires an ability to provide technical leadership guidance to cross functional global scale projects at the stage of initiation, implementation and systems integration across multiple platforms, processes or architectures. The Team Leader needs to be able to work under minimal supervision, and be able to perform well under high pressure and maintain balance on overlapping projects along with day to day responsibilities.

Process improvement
Increase maturity of our current mailbox monitoring and response process
Improve document and streamline common customer inquiries
Answer and respond to hotline calls
Logs and follows up on high-visible customer issues
Incident & Rapid Response Team Lead for ITRS
Support Rapid Response Team as it relates to Risk impact
ITRS Standards & Policies
Review Standards & Policies and provide recommendations
Create awareness and point communications
Coordinates training sessions
Monitoring & Reporting
Changepoint Dashboard
IT Risk reporting
Monthly ITRS report to Extended Leadership
Audit & Assessments
Assist with internal and external audits
Support annual penetration testing
Assist with develop of programs to ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements regarding IT risks are met
Make manager aware of audit issues/gaps, and provide recommendations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with 5
years of experience in IT risk operations
3
years as team leader
3
years experience working with project and/or risk teams
Certification preferred, including CISA, CISM, CRISC
Professional affiliations, such as InfraGard, ISACA, IIA, DRII
Understands IT risk, GRC tools and uses the knowledge to respond to customer inquiries
Experience integrating risk considerations into key IT services offering
Knowledgeable of IT risk industry trends and initiatives
Thorough understanding of local, federal and international regulations, such as Sarbanes Oxley, COBIT, COSO, Data Privacy, ISO
Strong written and oral communication skills
Possess a professional attitude and work ethic in addition to being well organized and efficient
Ability to instill trust; high standards of integrity
Organizational sensitivity with the ability to deliver complex message to associates at all levels
Flexibility and adaptability adapts to changing priorities
Self-starter demonstrates personal initiative; high personal work standards
Capable of evaluating risk and uncertainty
CONDITIONS OF WORK:
On call
Occasional after hours and weekend work required
Occasional travel between the business sites may be required
Occasional international travel may be required
