Corning is looking for a Digital Experience Manager with CMS Expertise. We are seeking an experienced web solution expert to handle application concept and design planning on our Global Content and eCatalogue as well as eCommerce platforms. The position is responsible for overall solutioning, internal customer engagement, project oversight, issue analysis, performance optimization and more. Additionally the position will be responsible for helping to evolve our CMS solution into a world-class system that is productive, flexible and easy-to-use.
As a specialist, you will be responsible for developing requirements, working with delivery teams and vendors on estimates, translating requirements into technical designs and implementing customer engagement strategies to support multi- site, multi- channel, multi- lingual delivery environments, design and implement components for the CMS platform, build solutions on top of the WCM and Social Collaboration modules, create and integrate content- driven applications on top of the core platform, and integrate with ecommerce solutions, portal solutions, analytics offerings and search engines, with the goal of unlocking the business value. You will drive concept and design decisions to ensure the necessary health of the overall solution.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for concept work and design of content for applications running on Adobe AEM platform as well as catalogue integrations
Work with business partners to assess feasibility of requirements, and map requirements to high performance solutions
Work with content managers to improve the interaction between CMS and web applications so that the resulting environment is as productive and easy to use as possible
Oversee and participate in the design and development of new features, improvements and bug fixes
Work with infrastructure partners to insure that necessary hardware and software is installed, configured and optimized to support the solution
SAP ERP integration experience into WCM a major plus
Work across the organization to help improve and enforce development, testing, release and documentation standards in conjunction with SDLC processes
Manage day-to-day interactions around all digital platforms with business teams, vendors and contractors, ensuring using resources well, following best practices and meeting goals
Contribute to the prioritization and allocation of resources for identified initiatives
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while leading cross functional teams and meeting stringent deadlines
Stay abreast of emerging trends in Web technology and interactive marketing. Utilize this knowledge to proactively propose initiatives that drive value based on key strategic mandates
Provide inputs and direction to associates on the team for design and implementation.

Deep understanding of CMS concepts
Mastery of all core web technologies including XML, XHTML, client/ server- side, HTML5
Scripting languages such as JavaScript, and JSP, and web services development using
Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries and JSTL skills, combined with a solid understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
Deep understanding of search solutions (GSA, Lucene etc)
Expert in end- to- end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing / deployment, and delivery processes
Strong experience with integration and related technologies
Experience in sizing & performance optimization
Build/ deployment & Continuous Integration experience
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree Requires
Masters degree preferred
10-12 years of relevant work experience
Passion for technology, emerging media, social media and the Internet
Strong understanding of broad marketing and branding concepts

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
