Summary:
This position will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Product Quality Architecture (PQA) and will provide support to all businesses from a corporate role.
Own and deploy corporate Product Quality Architecture strategy
Own and deliver content for belt training programs and AME audit, specifically for Quality Architecture and Process Understanding and Control Systems.
Conduct audits of facilities and organizations against standard criteria;
Lead, sponsor, and/or coach projects to deliver improvements in performance
Responsibilities:
PQA Leader:
Own and drive corporate strategy for PQA deployment across all businesses. Advise businesses on PQA deployment within each business unit.
Own and deliver the training content for the PQA belt program.
Select train, coach, and certify trainers for Lean Belt program; maintain trainer selection criteria and Train-the-Trainer materials.
Lead, sponsor and/or coach project teams targeted at achieving improvements in product quality and process capability.
AME Focus Area Leader: Quality Architecture & Systems, Process Understanding & Control Systems.
Own and deliver content of the AME training class and audit criteria
Select, train, coach, and certify auditors; maintain trainer selection criteria and Train-the-Trainer program.
Perform auditor scheduling tasks
Conduct 3-6 audits per year as an AME Auditor to Assess plant performance versus AME criteria; perform auditor scheduling and review tasks to support full year audit program.

Solid experience with translating Voice of Customer into Critical-to-Quality Operational Definitions and establishing quality inspection plans.
Experience with Error-proofing, Design of Experiments, Measurement Systems Analysis (R&R), Process Capability, Automated Control Systems, and implementing control plans.
Understand components of a Quality System, such as ISO9001/TL/TS or equivalent, including calibration systems, document control, experimental planning systems, Corrective and Preventive Actions.
Experience in planning and conducting audits against quality standards.
Technical background that enables discussion and recognition of Fundamental and First principles understanding, including a working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems and control charts.
Ability to learn and understand unfamiliar technology and the importance and implications of technical changes
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor of Science, Engineering preferred; equivalent technical degree may be considered
10 years of applicable experience in manufacturing process execution and improvement
Certified six sigma green belt or higher
Progressive responsibilities in manufacturing and engineering roles with quantifiable results delivered
Experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds. Able to communicate and resolve issues in a global environment.
Travel:
International work required, and 20-40% travel

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
