General restorative procedures such crown and bridge, simple endo and simple extractions is all that is required.
If proficient in more advanced procedures that is a plus but not required.
They can offer amazing mentoring in other procedures if desired, as they do a wide range in this office.
A full time and experienced dentist can earn between 250K and 400K per year, depending on experience and procedures performed.
There is the opportunity for equity purchase, after a few years.

The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with both placing and restoring implants.
