They are responsible for giving food/water to all patients, administering medications on weekends, and cleaning their cages and runs.
They also take care of the building inside and out.
This includes, but is not limited to, mopping, floor scrubbing, maintaining exam rooms for doctor's appointments, laundry, dusting, cobweb removal, weeding, snow removal, keeping sidewalks clean, and salting of parking lot as needed, Multitasking and working independently are priorities.
The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
Other duties are checking in and putting away shipments of supplies and assisting other staff members with the treatment of the patients.
This is a Part - time position of 20-25 hours per week, and does not have the potential to go Full time.
This is not a temporary position.

Due to the nature of the work shifts reliable transportation is a must, and a short commute is ideal.
