Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Process) & 6 yrs leading engineering teams in the development & initialization of new technologies & novel products. 6 yrs exp. w/:
new business start-up at company with primary manufacturing in-house; managing annual engineering budgets & portfolios that exceed $3M per year; driving innovations & process improvements w/ Chinese or Taiwanese cultures; leading & delivering new/major technologies into a mass-production manufacturing environment; hands-on experience w/ at least three of the following:
glass cutting, glass grinding/polishing, glass washing, ion-exchange, screen-printing, coating technologies, & inspection technologies.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
