Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively, work with others, a professional appearance and positive attitude with exceptional customer service.
Experience with a total understanding of all hotel front desk procedures is a plus.
This will be a part time position and will include weekends and evening schedules.
Responsibilities - Greet and assist guests at the front desk with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for guests.
- Utilize hotel experience to address guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities.
- Demonstrate phone etiquette when answering and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Engage in guest relations to address any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout their stay.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
