- People oriented - enjoys interacting with guests and working in a team-setting.
- Dependable - reliable and willing to consider picking up shifts last minute.
- High stress tolerant - thrives in a high-pressure environment while remaining calm and organized.
- Creative - has experience creating craft cocktails.
- Responsible - can handle cash and credit card sales accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of bartending experience is preferred - Proven experience in wine knowledge, cocktail creation as well as deep knowledge of classic cocktails - Professional - Able to lift and carry 40-50lbs (kegs) - Excellent communication skills - Basic computer skills and experience using point of sale systems This is a tipped position and involves evening and weekend shifts.
